Sebastian Pflug is Director of Operations at OCTUM USA and the regional contact for service requests, technical support and planned service assignments in the USA, Central America and South America.
From our location in Charlotte, North Carolina, Sebastian coordinates service visits, local resources and communication with our customers. When additional technical expertise is required, he works closely with OCTUM’s engineering, software and application teams in Germany.
For our customers, this means one clear point of contact, more direct communication and a support structure that combines local availability with more than 30 years of machine vision expertise.
In our new video series, Sebastian will answer practical questions about service, remote support, training and the operation of OCTUM inspection systems.
